Ghi chú: Nhằm bảo đảm thỏa thuận trọng tài biểu thị rõ ràng ý chí của các bên về việc chọn giải quyết tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến hợp đồng trước Trung tâm trọng tài thương mại HTA cũng như về việc xác định trước một số yếu tố cơ bản của tố tụng trọng tài, Trung tâm khuyến nghị các bên hợp đồng sử dụng thỏa thuận trọng tài mẫu sau đây:
Note: In order to ensure the arbitration agreement clearly expresses the will of the parties regarding the selection of dispute settlement by arbitration at the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center as well as regarding the pre-determination of some basic elements of arbitral proceedings, the Center recommends that contract parties use the following model arbitration clause.

- Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết bằng trọng tài tại Trung tâm trọng tài thương mại HTA theo Quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của Trung tâm này.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved by arbitration at the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center under its Rules of Arbitration.

- Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết bằng trọng tài tại Trung tâm trọng tài thương mại HTA (HTA) theo Quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của Trung tâm này.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved by arbitration at the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center under its Rules of Arbitration.
Các bên thỏa thuận rằng tố tụng trọng tài sẽ được tiến hành theo Thủ tục rút gọn quy định tại Điều 33 của Quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của HTA.
The parties agree that any arbitration commenced pursuant to this clause shall be conducted in accordance with the Expedited Procedure set out in Article 33 of the Rules of Arbitration of HTA.
