HTA Commercial Arbitration Center (“Center”) held the Opening Ceremony and Arbitrator Conference. Invited guests will be representatives of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court, Ho Chi Minh City Arbitration Association, other professional associations, colleagues, friends, as well as all arbitrators and mediators of the Center.
At the Opening Ceremony, the Center will introduce the vision and mission, the team of arbitrators and mediators, the organization structure, human resource, and facilities of the Center. In the green space of Quang Trung Software Park, which is known as the smart city in Ho Chi Minh City’s urban area, the invited guests and arbitrators will have a friendly exchanging and meeting session. The website of Center https://hta-arbitration.vn will also be launched.
At the Arbitrator Conference, the Center Executive Board will award the Admission Decision as well as the Certificate to Arbitrators and Mediators and introduce the Rules of Arbitration, the Rules of Mediation, the Professional Ethics Rules. Arbitrators, mediators and guests who are arbitrators of other arbitration centers will discuss professional issues as well as professional experiences with each other.
After the Opening Ceremony, HTA Commercial Arbitration Center will have full legal conditions, human resources conditions and facilities to conduct dispute settlement by arbitration and mediation at the Center.
