HTA AMENDS RULES OF ARBITRATION 2019
On January 16, 2023, the President of the Center issued Decision No. 87/QD-HTA on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Rules of Arbitration of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center. Accordingly, the Arbitrators selected, appointed or elected upon the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal to settle the dispute at the Center must be the Arbitrators named in the List of Arbitrators of the Center published on the website of the Center. This amendment shall apply to the constitution of an Arbitral Tribunal to settle disputes accepted by the Center from the date after the effective date of this Decision (January 16, 2023).
Decision No. 87/QD-HTA also promulgates the consolidated (amended) Rules of Arbitration of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center.
