WORKSHOP “ADVISE ON THE DRAFT OF LAW ON PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPs”
The Faculty of Commercial Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will organize a Scientific Workshop with the topic
“Advise on the draft of Law on Public Private Partnerships”.

At the workshop, researchers, lecturers, lawyers, business managers, state managers, graduate students, master students, and law students will make presentations and discussions in order to contribute to the draft of Law on Public Private Partnerships, wich is expected to create a breakthrough in the field of construction of technical and social infrastructure in Vietnam.
Many arbitrators of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center will also attend the workshop and are particularly interested in the provisions on dispute resolution by Arbitration in the bill.
